About Me

I can sit here all day and tell you about my strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, and previous sales – all relevant and significant of course – however, the most important tool I can provide for you is my passion. I am in this industry because I love it. I love houses. I love the smell of new builds in the morning. I love walking into a tired 100-year-old house with a new family, fresh plans in hand. I am a sucker for well-done millwork and custom cabinetry (#swoon).

Real estate agent by day; wannabe farmer by night.

I was born and raised in Excelsior. I can’t whistle. I stay up far too late and regret it most mornings. I probably have too many decorative pillows on my couches. My idea of a good time is color-coding spreadsheets with coordinating to-do lists. Chris Stapleton is my jam. When I am not selling real estate, I am most likely getting my children a snack while convincing my husband to do just one more home renovation with me. I live in Carver with my husband, kiddos, dog, cat, and 4 chickens…see I told you...just your everyday farmer, ha!

For my buyers, I take the time to hear and visualize your needs. I then walk you through the entire process, step by step, starting with preapproval all the way until the keys are in your hands! All you need to worry about is envisioning your furniture in your new home; although, I love to help with that too!

My sellers get to really benefit from my creative juices. We discuss and plan optimal staging and any simple improvements that could be done to add significant value. From there I focus on marketing, big, beautiful, eye-catching, effective marketing! Finding the right, qualified, buyers mean a quicker stress-free process for you; my ultimate goal.
